The authors used cross-section research on 206 patierits with brain strock treated. in the Department of Neurology, Thai Binh hospital from 12-2009 to 12-2010. The results showed that: age of infection from 22-85. Average age is 57.6, increase when the age increase, highest age group over 70, rate ma1e/female = 2.03 and the onset in the day. When onset: headache (98.51 percent), vomiting (37.37 percent), consciousness disorder (44.66 percent), hemiplegia (93.68 percent), dysarthria (30.58 percent), meningitis syndrom (28.64 percent), face-back top (19.9 percent), dysfuntion of adduent muscle (37.86 percent). Common risk factors brain strock are hypertension (68.93 percent), history of previous brain strock (14.08 percent), lipaemia disorders (31.55 percent), smokers (12.62 percent).
