In recent years teaching and learning English at Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment ((Hunre) has achieved significant progress. However, to further improve the quality of teaching this subject, thereby improving the quality of human resources that Hunre provides to society, the university must continue its innovation. This article provides an assessment of the current situation of teaching and learning English at Hunre, on that basis suggesting some solutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning English at the school.
