This article presents the design of integrated teaching situations in digital circuits and arithmetic for fourth-grade students. The aim is to help students develop thinking skills alongside problem-solving abilities and applying solutions to real-life situations. The scenarios introduced are linked to practical life situations and stimulate students’ interest. In reality, teachers have many favorable conditions to implement integrated teaching situation design skills
however, they also encounter several challenges. Based on an investigation of the current state of integrated teaching situation design in Mathematics by elementary teachers, this article proposes a design process and suggests application in the teaching content of digital circuits and arithmetic.
