Digital transformation (DX), e-pedagogy are main targets in the vocational education and technical development strategy cause affect industrial revolution 4.0. Design and deverlop e-lectures to apply in teaching modules integrating knowledge and skillup implementation processes. Integrated teaching and learning support students and workers learn and practice of both working at the company and studying at workshop through learning content management system (LCMS). The work of designing, deverloping and creating integrated e-lectures according to the teaching process being important role in creating blended learning courses in the training program of the TVET. Blended learning courses will engage learners and personalize the learning process. Especially, e-pedagogy supported for learners in company, this is a flexible training model, meeting the requirements the human resources of the labor market and the needs of learners to both work and study.
