A retrospective study was conducted in 2012 at National Hospital of Dermatology. The aim of the study was to assess the status of Pemphigus on dermatology patients. This study shows that the mean prevalence of Pemphigus among dermatology patients per year was 3.6 percent. Among these case, there was 2.9 percent in male patients group and 4.3 percent in female patients group. The prevalence of Pemphigus types was Pemphigus vulgaris (65.5 percent), Pemphigus seborheique (32.1 percent), Pemphigus vegetant (1.1 percent)
Pemphigus foliace (1.7 percent). Common primary injury positions are in head, face, neck, ext remit as superior, lower extremity, chest, belly found among 71 percent to 95 percent. The average age of patients when they got disease was 50.2 + or - 16.3. An average of patients were hospitalized in winter (11.2 + or - 2.3 patients) lower than the other seasons (16.6 + or - 2.7 patients
16 + or - 2.4 patients, p 0.01). The prevalence of Pemphigus in farmer group is highest (50 percent). This prevalence is lower in other groups, i.e., officials (15.5 percent), workers (10.4 percent), students (15 percent), free occupation (9.2 percent).
