Mobilizing the participation of resources is the way to help the education system from an administrative institution become an institution of the people, by the people, and for the people, building a close connection between school and family and society, creating a premise for all learners to have access to the achievements of the education system, and at the same time have the opportunity to develop their own abilities and strengths. However, the implementation process in many establishments still faces certain difficulties and limitations. This article analyzes and evaluates the principles as well as the content and form of organizing resource mobilization to participate in educational activities in primary schools in the direction of ensuring social justice in education.
