Children are vulnerable subjects, especially children (OVC) are susceptible to health and psychology by HIV. In the context of HIV are increasing today, there should be appropriate interventions to reduce the impact of HIV on children. Study objectives: Identify the needs and meet the health care needs of OVC, and explore the barriers affecting the demand. With the method of cross-sectional descriptive study combined qualitative and quantitative. 52 OVC aged 8-17 years and 90 primary care for OVC interviewed, combined with the deep interview and focus group discussion. Research results: 70 percent of children aged 5 to 11, the proportion of girt and boy are equal (male 58 percent, female 42 percent)

OVC have 2 groups primary health care needs: (1) physical health care needs, (2) the demand for mental health care and society. Four main barriers in meeting the health care needs of OVC, including economic barriers, awareness of OVC and caregivers on HIV/AIDS, stigma and discrimination OVC and their families, access to health services locally.
