The study was to find out the clinical and paraclinical features of endobronchial tuberculosis. The results showed that the common symptoms are: cough (44.3 percent), localized wheeze (28.6 percent). Bronchoscopically, fibrostenotic was the most common finding in 45.7 percent. The localization of leisons: right upper lober bronchus (37.1 percent), right middle lober bronchus (34.3 percent). In conclusion, the brochoscopy is necessary. Bronchial biopsy is the most reliable and accurate step to get the definite diagnosis.
