The entire nucleotid sequences of the three genes of the polymerase complex, ie., PB2
PB1 and PA of the two avian A/H5N1 isolates. clade 2.3.2.1. which collected from ducks in Quang Tri province in 2011, designated as: DkQT801-2011 (A/Dk/VN/QT801/2011(H5N1) and DkQT802-2011 (A/Dk/VN/QT802/2011 (H5N1), were obtained and completely sequenced. As results, both of that two virus strains have the PB2 gene of 2274 base pairs, encoding for the PB2 polypeptid of 757 amino acids
the PB1 gene (2274 bp, 774 aa) and the PA gene (2151 bp, 756 aa). The polymerase complex of those virus strains are kept unchanged all amino acids at (E627 va D701) sites in the PB2
at (P13
FY436) in the PB1. and at (5224
D383) sites in the PA polypeptids. Especially, the PB1-F2 polypeptid of the DkQT801-2011 strain was truncated (only 8 amino acids) due to the formation of a stop codon, while that of the DkQT801-2011 strain was 90 amino acids, but changed of amino acids at N665 involving in the toxicity and transmission virus from poutry to human.
