The article investigates the physical condition of male athletes on the 100m running team at Tra Vinh University, identifying the factors that influence their fitness levels. It analyzes elements such as the training program, facilities, and training habits. Necessary and applicable solutions are proposed to improve and enhance the athletes’ physical fitness, while also raising the quality of physical education and encourage athletes to actively participate in sports activities. Thus, the article contributes not only to improving the health and spirit of the athletes but also to fostering a more dynamic and professional training environment within the university. This environment enables athletes to maximize their potential and contribute to the overall performance of the team in competitions. Additionally, the article aims to provide valuable information for coaches and sports managers in developing effective training plans.
