This study aims to analyze factors influencing the work motivation of lecturers at Can Tho University of Technology. The research was conducted based on opinions collected from 160 lecturers at this university. Reliability testing methods using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multiple regression analysis were employed for analysis. The estimated results indicate that factors influencing the work motivation of university lecturers include Job characteristics, Working conditions, Salary, Bonuses, benefits, Training and promotion opportunities, and Relationships with superiors. Among these, relationship with superiors is identified as the strongest factor impacting the work motivation of lecturers.
