Today diabetes (diabetes mellitus) is a chronic disease among tend to increase rapidly in both developed countries and developing countries. The demand for prevention, treatment and management increasingly more urgent. Study objectives: Describe the situation of human resources management, diabetes treatment around the country. Research methods: Using the methodology described in the cross provincial hospital/city hospitals Endocrinology/Endocrine Center in 64 provinces and cities nationwide. Doctors interviewed 4110 working medical treatment, find out their knowledge about diabetes. Results: In general, knowledgeable about the object of diabetes research is low, does not achieve the required diagnostic, treatment and prevention of diabetes in the present context. Knowledge of the object's low in most areas, mountainous areas and Central Highlands have the lowest knowledgeable. Metropolitan areas also showed a better knowledge of the remaining areas.
