Background: Prostate Cancer Gene 3 (PCA3) has been used for diagnosis of prostate cancer, howevere, there isn't any lab in Vietnam perfomed this experiment. Aims: To establish the procedure for applying PCA3 in diagnosis of prostate cancer. Subiects and methods: LNCaP cell, 10 healthy control

PCA3 Score = mRNA, PCA3:mRNA PSA. Result: Minimum number of LNCaP cells could be detected mRNA PCA3 and PSA were 103 celVml and 102 celVml, respectively.
