Sử dụng các phương pháp nghiên cứu khoahọc thường quy trong Thể dục thể thao (TDTT),nghiên cứu đánh thực trạng nhu cầu tham gia hoạtđộng thể dục thể thao ngoại khóa của Trường Đạihọc Hàng Hải Việt Nam (ĐHHHVN) trên các mặt:sở vật chất, mức độ yêu thích, nhu cầu và độngcơ tập luyện TDTT ngoại khóa của sinh viên, Thựctrạng tham gia và nguyên nhân không tham giatập luyện TDTT ngoại khóa của sinh viên trườngĐHHHVN. Từ đó làm cơ sở để lựa chọn lựa chọngiải pháp tổ chức hoạt động thể dục thể thao ngoại khoá nhằm nâng cao thể lực cho sinh viên Trường ĐHHHVN, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng của côngtác giáo dục thể chất cho Trường ĐHHHVN.Using conventional scientific researchmethods in Physical Education and Sports (PES),the study evaluates the current situation regardingthe demand for extracurricular physical educationand sports activities at Vietnam MaritimeUniversity (VMU) in terms of facilities, interestlevels, needs, and motivations for extracurricularPES participation among students. It also assessesthe actual participation rates and the reasons fornon-participation in extracurricular PES activitiesby VMU students. Based on this, the study aims topropose solutions for organizing extracurricularphysical education and sports activities to enhancethe physical fitness of VMU students, therebycontributing to the improvement of physicaleducation quality at the university.
