This paper presents the method and results of studying on influence of some factors such as the environment air temperature, the abrasion and perspiration to the formaldehyde transfer from clothing during using process. In this work used the orthogonal experiment delineation method, Design Expert 6.0 software for data treatment. The experiment regression functions between the two factors and the amount of formaldehyde extracted by NF ISO 14184-1 was established. The results show that, the environment air temperature, the abrasion and perspiration strongly influence on the amount of formaldehyde extracted from the textile products during using process.
