Farmer satisfaction is a key task for micro finance institutions to improve livelihoods of poor farmers and ensure financial sustainability for microfinance institutions in general and for Microfinance Fund and Community Development (MFCD) in particular. Findings showed that farmers, in general, satisfied with microfinance services such as convenience in procedures, reduction in transaction costs, and microcredit without collateral. However, farmers are not really sastisfied with microcredit volume, volume and interest rate of compulsory microsavings and credit disbursement schedule. Employing factor analysis, paired-sample test and multiple linear regression analysis, the study indicates that the most crucial factor that has a strongest impact on farmer satisfication is the convinience of procedures and the reduction in transaction costs to improve microfinance accessibility for farmers.
