The study about relationship between several morphological characteristics with the expression of serum CA 125 concentration, including 124 patients had epithelial ovarian cancer, were surgicaled removal at the National hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 2008-2011 by method of dissecting the description. Results: 1, frequency of the typ cancer descending order: typ serous papillary adenocarcinoma accounted for the most with 43.5 percent, followed by endometrioid adenocarcinoma (20.9 percent), mucinous adenocarcinoma (9.7 percent), undifferentiated carcinoma (7.3 percent), clear cell carcinoma (6.5 percent), Brenner tumor (5,6 percent), mixed carcinoma (4,8 percent), and malignant transitional cell carcinoma accounted for 1.6 percent. 2, epithelial ovarian cancer size S 50mm with an average concentration of CA 125 269.2 + or - 45, 41U/ml
tumors size from 51-100mm have an average concentration of CA 125 71 + or - 448.9 48Ulml, tumors size from 101-150 mm have an average concentration of CA 125 438.4 + or - 37, 72Ulml, tumors size 150 mm concentration CA 125 average 355.3 + or - 38, 21 Ulml. 3, epithelial ovarian cancer in one ovary had an average concentration of CA 125 335.3 + or - 29, 85Ulml, were lower than patients who have bilateral ovary (520.7 + or - 72.18). 4, related elements proportional to the concentration of serum CA 125 is large size tumors, on either side of the ovaries and the grade of malignant as typ histopathology.
