The study inquires the status of traditional medicine manpower in the traditional medicine hospital to study the distributution of traditional medicine staff, human resource quality. The results of study in 24 traditional medicine hospital shows the number of staff qualified health care professional is very low, averaging 9.46 doctor/hospital (2008)
10.25 doctor/hospital (in 2010), staff qualifications after university officials average 7.79 staff/hospital (2008), 11.38 staff/hospital (2010) and the total health officials can issue commands average 17:25 staff/hospital (2008), 21.63 staff/hospital (2010). The staff working in pharmacy department qualifications after university officials average 0:5Ihospital (2008)
0.88 staff/hospital (2010), officers have university degrees 0.83 staff/hospital (2008)

the rate of the pharmacist on the total number of hospital beds in hospitals tend to increase every year since 2008 is 0.089 staff/beds
in 2010 was 0.106 staff/beds. The data give the actual number of medical staff resources hospitals in our country. Although health care needs of the people of traditional medicine with the growing health workforce in general, traditional medicine and pharmacy staff especially highly qualified manpower accounts for the low rate.
