Objectives: Determine the rate of intolerance glucose in people with risk factors of diabetes. Methods: The cross-sectional study, involved 613 subjects aged 30-69 with risk factors of diabetes. Results: The rate of intolerance glucose is 27.4 percent: there are 10.1 percent diabetes, 17.3 percent impaired glucose tolerance and/or impaired fasting glucose in this study. It show a close relation between the intolerance glucose condition and age, obesity, waist circumference, hypertention. The more risk factor, the more increased possibility of tolerance glucose disorder. Conclusions: The rate of intolerance glucose in people with risk factors of diabetes is 27.1 percent. The more risk factor, the more increased possibility of tolerance glucose disorder.
