This article introduces the GSM-based remote control system for maritime buoys. The system have two equipments. The first one named "control equipment" was located in drift float to monitor the parameters of the float such as on/off cycle of light, batteries, charge current from solar to battery, position of float,... and it is set up to send status of parameters of float to the center by periodical or instant message when had problems on float. Then second one named "manage equipment" was located in the center, it is used to receive message from "control equipment" to analysis and display the status of float for office manager. It also allow the office manager to send message request to the "control equipment" to check the status of the float.
