To meet the expectations of social practice, the working world and learners about the training needs at the college level, the research and design of college-level teaching according to CDIO is an urgent task of the school. However, the implementation of building a scenario for teaching according to CDIO still has many difficulties, facing many obstacles from habits, awareness of innovation, understanding of the theory of development and implementation of teaching according to the CDIO approach. The implementation of CDIO approach teaching at the college level is still a relatively new issue for schools in our country today. CDIO approach teaching will be developed according to a new approach, which is the competency approach, helping learners not only to be clear about knowledge but also to be able to work in a working environment suitable for the field they are studying. Therefore, in the current innovation period, building and implementing teaching according to the CDIO approach in colleges is an important and necessary task.
