This article introduce on experimental research Results for determining abrasive wear of the 67Ni18Cr5Si4B alloy layer, received by plasma spraying method, on cylindrical samples working with copper alloy-bush bearing, working on wear-testing machine in the laboratory scale. Frictional properties of the coating material layer, received from two types of alloy powder spaying: directly on journal and on advance spayed lining layer, is one of the important criteria to predict the durability of parts in the specific conditions. Test results processed by specialized computer software show visual graph of the wear in the test conditions with different loads. This is a part of experiment research result of research team of CTANARIME Center of National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, in which Ph.D. students is a key member.
