Objective: To study on the conditions to ensure quality implementation of inter-linking of training general practitioners and pharmacists at VNU, Hanoi. Subjects: Students are learning from 3rd period to 7th period specializations related to health, medicine such as Biology of Natural Sciences (including Biotechnology students), Chemistry, Microbiology,Personnel Management level of defense and leaders/managers of the unit training, research and affiliated members of VNU. Methods: cross-sectional description. Results: The majority of students are in need of collaborative learning, linking: 54.3 percent of them want to study medicine, and 57.3 percent of them wanted to learn to pharmaceutical science. The majority of participants in the study unit are members of VNU that is not compatible for training objectives Medicine: 41.1 percent leaders/managers and 45.5 percent of lecturers/researchers say conditions of the equipment is not compatible
