The study design is descriptive analysis to learn about a number of factors related to miscarriage and birth defects of 225 people exposed to Orange Agent/ dioxin in 2 communes of Quang Binh and Binh Nguyen, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province. Results: The rate of study subjects exposed to Orange Agent in less than 5 years, from 5-10 years and above 10 years in the army was: 40.4 percent, 36.9 percent, 22.7 percent, respectively. The garrison areas or marching areas were mainly in the central and Central Highlands provinces, mostly in Quang Tri (32.9 percent), followed by the Central Highlands (17.3 percent), Tay Ninh (13,8 percent). The rate of miscarriage, premature birth, intrauterine still birth, birth defects of subjects wife decreases with the number of occurrences of incidents, There was no statistically significant differences in the rate of miscarriage, premature birth, intrauterine stillbirth, birth defects in wives and daughters of the study subjects by duration of exposure to orange agent.
