Objectives: To describe epidemiology and ARV treatment's effect of HIV infected children at the Children Hospital No.1. Method: Cross-sectional descriptive, case series study. Results: There were 434 children participated in the program. Rate of perinatal transmission was 99.3 percent. Immune status was good after ARV treatment. 100 percent of children were treated with HAART, second-line treatment was 10.4 percent. Most of the death involved tuberculosis. Conclusions: Most of children infected from mother, and responded well with ARV.
