Objectives: 1) Discribe the clinical and paraclinical characters of patients with recurrent shoulder instability
2) Evaluate the result of arthroscopic treatment for recurrent shoulder instability. Patients and methods: 21 patient diagnosed recurrent shoulder instability treated arthroscopically. Clinical evaluation with Constant score. Results: Male/female ratio is 9,25/1. Average age is 27.5 + or - 5.7. The clinical maneuver is significant value with positive Apprehension test is 95 percent, positive Relocation test is 90 percent, positive Posterior apprehension test is 100 percent. MRI detected lesion is 100 percent. The clinical results is 95,2 percent excellent and good results according Constant score, no bad result. Conclusion: Arthroscopic treatment for recurrent shoulder instability give good results.
