The initial teaching period of probationary teachers (PT) always has a very important meaning in the process of development of professional capacity of each teacher. At this period, teachers begin to expose practically school education, which is very rich, more complex and dynamic than those of theory, models and common standards that they are trained at Colleges or Universities. This is also the stage of formation and strong development regarding career emotion, motivation. Particularly, this is for training activities to promote professional capacity development to enable themselves confirmation before students, colleagues and leaders. The regular application of model of the lesson study (LS) for teachers in schools is as an important measure for the pedagogical professional improvement and innovation of teaching methods for teachers.
