Base: Myasthenia was diagnosed by clinical, the doctors use prostigmin test and repetitive nerve stimulation test to diagnosis in the practice. Objective: Commenting the response of the prostigmin test and repetitive nerve stimulation test in patients with myasthenia gravis. Subjects and methods: 45 patients with myasthenia gravis (group I: 11 patients, 34 patients in group II, it was 11 group IIa, group IIb: 23, mild level 48.88 percent and medium level is 51.12 percent) were diagnosed by clinical and prostigmin test, repetitive nerve stimulation test. Results: The test prostigmin rate (+) in 84.44 percent of patients in all groups and the group of diseases classified by Osserman (p 0,05). test stimulus repetition rate (+) high dependence groups in muscle strength and muscle to test (sphincter eyelids test (+) was highest in group I (90.90 percent), the short toothed thumb and toe extensor test (+) were highest in group lIb (82.60 percent) and (86.95 percent). Conclusions: should combine both prostigmin test and repetitive nerve stimulation test to diagnosis of myasthenia gravis.
