Traffic accidents severely affects human health and are a burden to families and society. Aside from fatality, traffic accidents may also leave temporary or permanent disability consequences. Still, the current rate of traffic law infraction among teenagers and students is escalating. Thus, this study is carried out in order to assess the knowledge-attitude-practice of students from Yen Vien Highschool, Gia Lam, Ha Noi in complying traffic regulations. A cross-sectional survey was conducted for 310 students from Yen Vien highschool, Gia Lam district, Ha Noi city, from January to June, 2012. Study results show good knowledge 62,3 percent, good attitude 56,8 percent, acceptable practice 9,4 percent. There are statistically significant relationships between gender, study prowess and knowledge attitude, between knowledge-attitude and the practice of complying traffic regulations.
