The artificial infection with Eimeria stiedae for 13 rabbits at the age group of 30 to 45 days old was conducted for studying some characteristics of coccidiosis in the experimental rabbits. The studied results showed that all of 13 infected rabbits discharged oocysts out together with feces. The oocysts of Eimeria stiedae were seen in feces from 7 to 8 days after infection, the most number of oocysts was in the days 7th - 13th, it was reduced in the days 14th - 27th. There was no rabbit releasing oocyst from the days 28th to 31th. All of the infected rabbits had some identical clinic symptoms such as reduction of weight gain, fuzziness, pale membrane, loose black stool and terrible smell. The number of leucocyte was increased, especially eosinophilia
the number of erythrocyte and hemoglobin concentration were decreased. The typical lesions were thin body, curly intestine, thicker caecal membrane, swollen liver with many white necrosis points.
