Vietnam garment enterprises have made many effects to enhance their product quality and paid more attention to the home market in recent time. However, garment products in general and outfit products in particular have not yet met the demand of customers. To gain a better understanding on this matter, the 'author has evaluated customer satisfaction towards outfit products in Northern provinces under 6 element groups: (1) Products
(2) Prices and Payment methods
(3) Distribution
(4) Promotion Programs
(5) Customer Services and (6) Brands. The findings indicate that outfit products have not yet satisfied customers needs. On this basis, the author suggests 5 solution groups to raise customer satisfaction towards these products.
