The paper report results of an experiment about effect of garlic juice, ginger juice and mixture of garlic and ginger juice on bacteria on four-eyed sleeper with uncerate disease at laboratory condition. Obtained results show that (i) Deterimed the Vibrio vulnifjcus bacteria on four-eyed sleeper at commercial stage with uncerate disease. (ii) Garlic juice, ginger juice and mixture of garlic and ginger juice have ability antibacteria with Vibrio vulnificus of which garlic juice, mixture of garlic and ginger juice have high ability antibacteria and equivalent with antibiotis Erythromycin and Tetraeylin. (iii). In storage temperature condition 25 - 35°C after 24 hours the ability antibacteria of garlic juice and mixture of garlic and ginger juice is high, at 40°C the ability antibacteria is low in both of juice.
