Objectives: To assess clinical andmorphologlcal features of middle cerebral artery aneurysms. Methods: This retrospectlveand prospective study including 216 consecutive patients, who admitted at the Bach Mai and Viet-Duc hospital between 1/2000 and 1/2014. Results: Mean age: 47.4. Female/male: 1/1.2. 88.9 percent of aneurysms were discoved by ruptured and 5,1 percent discoved in multiple aneurysms. Among patients ruptured, dinical presentations was typical in 91.1 percent and 8.9 percent untypicaJ. 86.6 percent of aneurysms located at diversion of middle cerebral artery. Distal location of MCA accounts for 3.7 percent. Small aneurysms made up 88 percent. 2.8 percent aneurysms of MCA were giant. Multiple aneurysms bringing MCA aneurysm explains 10.2 percent. Condusions: Aneurysms of MCA were principally discoved by ruptured with typical clinical presentations. On morphological aspect, majority of aneurysms wererealized at seperation between M1 and M2. Rate of multiple aneurysms in which one of them was aneurysm of MCA was relatively high.
