The article uses questionnaire and interview for data collection to evaluate the current status of IT application activities in teaching Nature and Social Sciences in such aspects as objectives, contents, methods, forms, inspections, evaluations and infrastructure conditions in primary schools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City. The results of the study are the basis for school principals to make appropriate proposals to improve the efficiency of the application of IT in teaching the subject of Nature and Society in primary schools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
