Purpose: To evaluate the relation between the recipient's character of bladder with the results of ureterovesical reimplantation in renal transplantation in Hospital No.103. Materials and methods: The study was perfomed on 114 patients of renal transplantation in Hospital No.103 from September 2010 to June 2013. The ureterovesical reimplantation technique: modified Lich-Gregoir. Results: 114 patients: Males: 84 (73,68 percent) and females: 30(26,32 percent). The recipient's age from 17 to 60 years old. The renal transplant from living doner :110 (96,49 percent). The volume of bladder: 100ml: 13 (11.40 percent), abnormal of the bladder: 48 (42,1 percent). Good results: 112 (98,25 percent), Conclusion: Most recipients have abnormal of the bladder. The modified Lich-Gregoir technique was easy to perform and has low urological complication rate.
