This study focuses on the difficulties of using Google Form for reviewing Basic English, listening and speaking skill in particular. This study focuses on the difficulties of using Google Form for reviewing Basic English 2 at the Finance Academy. Through surveys of students and instructors, the article points out that Google Form has significant limitations in supporting listening and speaking skills, designing complex questions, and managing students’ review data. Other challenges include the technological skills required from users and reliance on internet connectivity. Therefore, the research proposes solutions to supplement supportive tools and train students in technology skills to enhance the effectiveness of Google Form in an online learning environment.
