Vietnam is one of four Southeast Asian countries with great potential to develop both infrastructure and logistics systems. An action plan to improve competitiveness and develop logistics services has been issued in Vietnam, with a vision to 2025, showing the Government's interest in the Logistics industry. In particular, human resources are considered one of the most difficult problems in the Logistics industry, due to both lack and lack of formal training. Therefore, this article studies the current status of human resources in the Logistics industry in Vietnam and analyzes the causes of limitations and shortcomings.
