This article presents the current status of developing the lectures staff at College of Technology. Through survey and evaluation, the author has analyzed aspects such as awareness of the importance of developing teaching staff, planning, recruiting, using, training, fostering, testing and evaluating teaching staff. The results show that the development of teaching staff at schools is recognized as necessary and important in the context of educational innovation, but there are still many limitations in planning and training, and the expected effectiveness has not been achieved. Some strengths are that the school has a clear recruitment plan and a caring working environment. However, teacher training is not really effective, and the testing and evaluation process lacks transparency. From the above results, the article makes proposals to improve planning, enhance training, fostering and testing of teaching staff to meet the requirements of educational innovation and long-term development of the school.
