 The study of clinical characteristics and complications of 2600 postpartum women in obstetrics often, at the National hospital of obstetrics and gynecology from 7/2013 to 12/2013 by means of cross-sectional descriptive. Results: 1, 36.2 percent of women normal delivery and 2.8 percent cesarean birth procedure. The time of milk to average 3.79 + or - 0.80 days, in which women cesarean section is 3.88 + or - 0.71 days later there was statistically significant for women with vaginal birth (2,98 + or - 1.05 days). 1.2 percent among women with postpartum urinary disorders, with 58.1 percent and 32.3 percent after cesarean section after normal delivery. There is 0.08 percent among women with postpartum disorders flatus. Average duration of treatment of women with vaginal birth was 2.29 + or - 0.70 days and maternal cesarean section was 4.86 + or - 0.55 days, differences were statistically significant. 2, postpartum Complication rate was 3.1 percent(1.1 percent women with vaginal birth and caesarean section 6.6 percent of women). Regardless most common postpartum urinary disorders usually (0.78 percent) and milk after caesarean is diamond (4.14 percent), 0.19 percent of women with postpartum bleeding (60 percent thereby uterus), 0.15 percent severe anemia postpartum blood transfusions. Number of postpartum maternal infection is 0.27 percent, of which 42.85 percent had mucosal inflammation of the uterus
  28.57 percent vaginal infections, vaginal, perineal. The research results have been compared and discussed.
