In recent years, the badminton movement in high schools in Dak Lak province has developed strongly, both in terms of practice and competition content. However, to contribute to improving the health of all classes of people and athletes participating in training, the author has researched and selected several exercises to develop professional physical fitness for male High School Badminton teams. High school student Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Dak Lak province. After selection, the exercises were included in the application and evaluated after 3 months of practice.
