Volleyball is a subject used in most elective Physical Education programs at universities in Vietnam. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of training for students studying elective content in Physical Education module 4 - Volleyball at Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment. The research results were determined to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning for students regarding prescribed physical activities. As a result, we present a number of groups of measures that are clearly effective compared to before conducting the research.
