This paper provides an overall evaluation of strengths, limitations, opportunities, and challenges of the facilities of Hanoi National University of Education. It als,o explores and assesses the extent that the facilities respond to the training requirements of HNUE. The survey shows the majority of evaluation of response of such facilities at moderate and fairly good level while the number of teaching staff assessing the response at good level is quite low. From results of this baseline study. The authors propose a number of recommendations to the Party committee, the University's board of management to exploit the existing facilities more effectivelly for an improvement of educational and training activities.
