Citizen satisfaction is an important measure reflecting the quality of public service provision and the quality of service of civil servants to society. In Vietnam, a local government includes three levels, with the commune level being the unit closest to the people
the quality of service of commune-level civil servants has the most direct impact on citizens' satisfaction with state management in the locality. Therefore, the study on citizens' satisfaction with the services of commune-level civil servants is of great interest. The authors used the PAPI program's survey sample selection, which used PSM statistical techniques and data processing using SPSS 20 software for frequency statistics and descriptive statistics for the purpose of building scientific arguments, as a basis for proposing directions and solutions to improve citizens' satisfaction with service cases of commune-level civil servants in Binh Dinh province.Sự hài lòng của công dân là thước đo phản ánh chất lượng cung cấp dịch vụ công, chất lượng phục vụ của công chức đối với xã hội. Ở Việt Nam, chính quyền địa phương gồm ba cấp với cấp xã là đơn vị gần dân nhất, chất lượng phục vụ của công chức cấp xã tác động trực tiếp nhất đến sự hài lòng của công dân đối với quản lý nhà nước ở địa phương. Do đó, nghiên cứu về sự hài lòng của công dân đối với sự phục vụ của công chức cấp xã hiện nay luôn được quan tâm. Nhóm tác giả sử dụng cách chọn mẫu khảo sát của chương trình PAPI, theo đó, sử dụng kỹ thuật PSM và xử lý số liệu bằng SPSS 20 để thống kê tần số và thống kê mô tả nhằm mục tiêu xây dựng luận cứ khoa học, đề xuất phương hướng và giải pháp để nâng cao sự hài lòng của công dân đối với sự phục vụ của công chức cấp xã trên địa bàn tỉnh Bình Định.
