Objectives: Study some clinical-subclical and relationship between clinical and histhpathology of Melanoma. Subjects and methods: retrospective study of 94 patients (any T, N0, N1, N2, M0) and were taken surgery in K Hospital from 2002 to 2012. Results: disease common in people ageing from 40 to 70 years old (76.6 percent), farmers (59.7 percent), duration of illness from 7 to 12 months (45.7 percent). Tumors are often located in the lower limbs 54.3 percent (38.3 percent in soles), body (39.4 percent), tumors from 3 to 6 cm in size (57.4 percent). Most tumors are black, dark brown (86.1 percent). Common forms are ulcers and ulces rough (59.6 percent). Diagnosis is based on the clinical characteristics (66 percent). Great tumors, surface ulcers, satellite have the high rate of lymph node metastasis. Lymphadenopathy size, limited mobility of lymph node, solid nodes make a high rate of lymph node metastasis.
