Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ của người bệnh ung thư điều trị nội trú tại Khoa Ung bướu – Bệnh viên Đa khoa tỉnh Hà Nam. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 300 người bệnh ung thư điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Hà Nam từ 03/2024 đến 10/2024. Kết quả: Nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ chung của đối tượng nghiên cứu là 84%
trong đó nhu cầu hỗ trợ chăm sóc chiếm 82,0%
nhu cầu hỗ trợ tinh thần là 79,0%
nhu cầu về giao tiếp và hỗ trợ 74,7%
nhu cầu thông tin và nhu cầu hỗ trợ vật chất 74%. Kết luận: Nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ của người bệnh ung thư chiếm tỉ lệ cao 84%Objectives: To describe the current situation of palliative care needs of cancer patients receiving inpatient treatment at the Department of Oncology - Ha Nam Provincial General Hospital. Research subjects and methods: Descriptive study on 300 cancer patients treated as inpatients at Ha Nam Provincial General Hospital from March 2024 - October 2024. Results: The overall palliative care need of the study population was 84%
