Aims: To study on certain clinical characteristics, preclinical level in colon cancer patients with chemotherapy after surgery and compare those to preoperative status. Results: Sigmoid colon was the highest rate as 36.5 percent, majority surgery was opened and 15.9 percent of patients were in emergency. Before chemotherapy, normal BMI accounted for 49.2 percent, accounting for 39.7 percent. Blood test results high CEA value was 27 percent. Anemia status, high white cell and normal platelets was noted as 38.1 percent, 7.9 percent, 93.7 percent, respectively. Normal liver test accounted for 79.4 percent, 17.5 percent in the range of 40-100 U / I, few patients elevated. The average value of the SGOT, SGPT was normal. All patients with creatinine levels in the normal range and preoperative CEA level decreases and increase of liver enzymes were found. Conclusion: The majority of patients with colon cancer within 4 weeks after surgery ensure to be allowed for chemotherapy. Further research needs to assess factors associated with survival after treatment.
