Purpose: To evaluate of this study was Initial result of surgical treatment vascular injury of the upper limb. Method: 35 patients with extremity vascular injuries of upper limber. Result: 30 men, 5 women. Bleeding wounds in 27,3 percent. Arterial injuries were due to knife in 33,3 percent, sharp objects in 53,3 percent, direct end-to-end anastomoses in 77,1 percent
good postoperative result was 94,3 percent, the medium results was 5,7 percent. Conclusion: arterial injuries of upper limber primarily were due to knife and sharp objects. The mainly applied technique was direct end-to-end anastomosis, vascular graff by saphenous vein and ligation artery. The surgical and treatment result is good.
