Abstract: Human security refers to a state of safety and stability in people's lives, meaning that individuals, regardless of their living place, age, gender, ethnicity, or religion, should be able to work, eat, live, travel, and study in a normal and stable environment, free from threats that could disturb their peaceful and happy lives. This is also the basic human rights of citizens, which must be protected and guaranteed by the Constitution, laws, mechanisms, and policies to ensure that the society remains controlled and orderly, protecting individuals from any threats. The Communist Party of Vietnam always places human security at the center of the country's overall development, considering the human factor and human security as the core of all activities. Protecting human security is both the goal and the driving force behind ensuring social stability and building a sustainable development country.
