Introduction: Cervical cancer is a common cancer in women. Objective: Long-term outcome for cervical cancer FIGO IB1 stage treated with radical surgery. Materials and Methods: Retrospective descriptive study of 84 patients who had confirmed diagnosis of cervical cancer, FIGO IB1 stage and treated with radical surgery. Results: The Overall survival average and progression-free survival average were 47.8 +/- 0.8 months and 47.8 +/- 0.8 months, respectively. The 5year overall survival rate and progression-free survival rate were 92.7 percent and 93.4 percent, respectively. Conclusion: Radical surgery for cervical cancer FIGO IB1 stage bring better treatment outcomes and benefit than the other treatments.
