Nội dung nghiên cứu của báo cáo là khảo sát các điều kiện tối ưu trong qui trình xác định salbutamol trong mẫu thịt bằng phương pháp GC/MS với hệ thống thiết bị Agilent 7890N, đầu dò MSD 5975C, cột mao quản khảo sát là HP – 5MS. Các điều kiện khảo sát bao gồm: khảo sát các thông số của hệ thống GC/MS
xây dựng đường chuẩn và khảo sát LOD, LOQ dựa vào đường chuẩn
LOD, LOQ của mẫu, khảo sát hiệu suất thu hồi của quy trình. Kết quả khảo sát thu được qui trình phân tích với chế độ quét phổ: SIM
chương trình nhiệt: 120 oC giữ 0,1 phút, tăng 15 oC/phút đến 245 oC, tăng 30 oC/phút đến 300 oC giữ 10 phút
chế độ tiêm mẫu: Splitless
